The Maritime Centre District is the centrepiece of Dubai Maritime City. It will serve as an international hub for maritime business – the first ever purpose-built maritime cluster in the world. Fashioned as an urban corporate park, the District is comprised of eight waterfront and three interior parcels organized around a sweeping central boulevard – Maritime Centre Drive. An international hub for maritime business, the Maritime Centre district is a centre for maritime excellence.
Inspired by the trading, social spirit and stature of Dubai Creek, a symbol of the union of water and commerce, the Maritime Centre forms a harmonious district celebrating the resourcefulness, determination, and dignity of Dubai’s rich Maritime history. Each tower fluctuates in height and arrangement, providing visual interplay and extending views to the ocean and city. The architectural forms, like the creek, offer soft curves and clean lines. These flowing architectural lines and meandering promenades coexist harmoniously within the maritime environment, and offer a poetic reminder of the power and beauty of the sea. The Maritime Centre Districts comprises the following:
- The Landmark Tower
- The Creek Towers and Plaza
- Waterfront Corporate Towers
