Overview

Al Rashidiya Towers are freehold residential buildings being built in the Rashidiya area of the city of Ajman. The towers will look similar to the towers of Al Naeymiyah Towers and Al Khor Towers, as they are developed by the same company.

Al Rashidiya Towers will contain eleven 12-storey apartment buildings, with eight apartments per floor. Its units will be limited to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments from 1,115 to 1,566 square feet (104 to 145 square meters). Each apartment will have ceramic tiles, its own balcony and a separate metered central air-conditioning.

Al Rashidiya Towers will have amenities including 3 high-speed elevators and 24-hour maintenance and security. It will be in close vicinity to two hypermarkets, a sports club, and the Ajman immigration office.
