Conceived and developed inside Dubailand, the mega entertainment complex emerging on the fringes of present-day Dubai, Al Barari is a residential & recreational community of villas, parklands, retail outlets and educational facilities.
Part of the government-owned Dubai Holding, Dubailand will be completed in several phases, the first of which will end in 2006-2007. A few of the Dubailand facilities like the Dubai Autodrome & The Global Village are already operational. Dubailand will be built on a 3 billion square foot (278 km²/107 mile²) site and will include 45 mega projects & 200 sub projects. When fully constructed, it will be twice the size of all of the Disneyland/Disneyworld resorts put together.
